    美國國防部長卡特(Ash Carter)今天(5日)表示，儘管從伊斯蘭國(IS)手中收復伊拉克北部大城摩蘇爾(Mosul)的戰鬥很艱困，仍「有可能」在候任總統川普(Donald Trump)就職前完成光復。



    伊拉克官員說，他們持續取得進展。目前IS仍然掌控摩蘇爾這個伊拉克北部最大城市約四分之三的地區。
